I can hardly even recognize Stormwind with all the Cataclysm updates, but wow it looks great!

Underwater Mounts
This seahorse is given to you after completing the first couple of quests in Vashj'ir in the Cataclysm beta. It swims really fast, but sadly it only works in the Vashj'ir zone! D:

Whalesharks are EPIC
I was playing the Cataclysm beta last night and we got a group together to go kill this giant whale shark. It didn't drop any loot but it one shot anyone and had an insane amount of HP. We kited it around with a Death Knight tank spamming Icy Touch until we finally killed the beast! Got an achievement and it was a pretty fun time.
Sadly, the whale shark was a little glitchy (it's hitbox was off a bit and it's animations were a little iffy)

World of Warcraft Movie
I just found out they are making a World of Warcraft movie!!1 :oooooooooooooooooooo
Some more information:
The film was originally set in the era of Warcraft: Orcs and Humans. This was scrapped, however, as there were notions that it would be too similar to Lord of the Rings and that Warcraft had reached its current level of popularity through its MMORPG, rather than the previous RTS games.[1]
As such, the movie is set one year before World of Warcraft and will primarily told from the Alliance's point of view, though Metzen says his heart lies with the Horde. Characters such as Cairne Bloodhoof, Thrall, Sylvanas Windrunner, and Bolvar Fordragon are likely to make appearances. Arthas is unlikely to appear.[1] At BlizzCon 2007, Chris Metzen said that the main character is set to be a new hero described as a "kick-ass Human" and an "Anti-Thrall".[2][3] This new character in the movie is not same one as in the comic (now known to be Varian Wrynn).[4]
Metzen also stated clearly that lore would be bent for the sake of the film, Varian Wrynn might have a twin.[3]
Interestingly enough, the film is described as the "first film", raising obvious possibilities as to future installments.[3]
Concept art of Teldrassil was released in relation to the film, hinting that at least some of the film takes place there, and perhaps by extension, in Darnassus.'

Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros to make a return in Cataclysm?
With Ragnaros returning in Catalcysm, along with a few other classic MC bosses, it just wouldn't feel right without Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros to appear in Cataclysm. It could be obtained the same way it was the first time. Eye of Sulfuras drops (Or a similarly named item) from ragnaros with a very low drop rate, and Sulfuron Hammer (Or a similarly named item) is a new craftable item. It doesn't have to be a legendary, but if it did return I want to see it be the highest raw damage weapon in the game until new tier raids come out. And, it could be a legendary anyways, just because you guys say that "it's going to be a caster weapon!" doesn't mean there's only going to be one legendary. There are supposed to be a lot more raids than there were in any other expansion, so there's room for 2 legendary weapons in the same patch. Of course, I really just want to see the Sulfuras model return, I don't care what it's called. If the model came back on a two handed mace I would roll a fucking Paladin or Warrior just because of that.
Another small off topic thing... Thunderfury (Or a similarly named more powerful version) actually has a better chance of appearing. The Skywall raid with Al'Akir with the endboss (The father of Thunderaan), Nefarian with his tinkers and engineers back with more possible elementium, Baron Geddon and Garr returning... It makes A LOT of sense. They both could return, just more updated, powerful versions.

The New Lor'themar Theron
So, Lor'themar also got a new weapon, and a voice, to match his shiny new gear!
Current Model:

quotes:
"The Blood Elves will endure any hardship, overcome any obstacle, and emerge stronger then ever before."
"Silvermoon will rise again. All will know the power and glory of the Sin'dorei."
"The eternal sun guides us all."
"As Regent Lord of Quel'thalas, I will defend my people from any who would do us harm."
Irritated quote (After clicking too many times):
"No not... touch... the HAIR!"
If I figure out how to do it, I'll upload his actual voice quotes.
Worgen Worries
I'm tempted to move over to the Horde because I have a feeling that Worgen will become the new Blood Elves...
Any opinions on this?

World of Warcraft Cataclysm Mount Hyjal
Mount Hyjal received a very interesting update in the latest beta build. If you visited the zone or looked at screenshots during early beta, you probably remember the huge crater called Archimonde's Vengeance. Well, this subzone is gone and has been replaced with a greatly improved version! The crater is no longer there but the key NPCs of the questlines are still around.
